Shamash Alidina is the bestselling author of Mindfulness for Dummies and has been featured on television, radio, newspapers and magazines. He has taught evidence-based mindfulness approaches for over a decade to both the general public and in organisations. He has delivered keynote lectures in mindfulness all over the world, including Cambridge, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Sydney, and America, and has worked with major brands like GSK, Wiley, NHS and Citibank. He has trained with the father of ‘Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction’, Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD through the Center for Mindfulness in the US, and has also trained for three years with the Centre of Mindfulness at Bangor University in Wales. He holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng) from Imperial College and a Masters Degree in Education (MA) from the Open University.
